Well, the title may get changed, but that's what I saw when I snuck up on this guy enjoying the sunny afternoon. I had to paint this second pelican painting while I had my palette out for the first one.

Debbie has studied with numerous national artists around the country and is a signature member of The Louisiana Watercolor Society, an exhibiting member of The Associated Women in the Arts, and a member of National Watercolor Society, American Watercolor Society, Watercolor Society of South Texas, The Rockport Art Center, and the Art Center of Corpus Christi. She exhibits in solo exhibitions and invitationals, group shows, and juried international exhibitions. She travels, teaching workshops to art groups and in community college locations.
